Oaths Taken: Oath of Long Road - to ensure loyalty of Bes Din to Seelie Sidhe & especially House Dougal. This is known only to a few old members of House Dougal.
Mister Lloyd Schiksalschlag was one of the few Nockers who made it to Arcadia before the closing of the gates - most likely he was a trusted retainer of a Dougal. But then he was exiled along with House Dougal. He returned during the Resurgence (as a Wilder), and when the Accordance War broke out, he campaigned strictly on the side of the Sidhe. He was a true battler, making (and using) Universal Solvent bombs and other nasty devices. However, he disappeared during this time. Apparently, his Banality became so high, he forgot himself and wandered as a normal human. Some kindly Nocker discovered him years later in this state, and revived him to his former self (she didn't know who he was). As remembrance flooded him, he cried for forgiveness at his atrocities, and is on a lifelong quest to restore his Glamour to maximum potential. However, he still knows weapons, and has not decried war, just the gross atrocities to the Dreaming. Yet, he has forgotten most of his former knowledge, and is also trying to regain what he once knew, before it's too late. It is rumored by some that he is actually the model for the Judge in that cartoon/live action movie about a certain Rabbit. After all, he wears the same style clothes, keeping himself severely covered (especially due to his leg), walks with a limp, and used a substance remarkably similar to Dip. Mister Lloyd Schiksalschlag is very formal, and believes in using his title (Mister) as well as his full name at all times.
Note: this character also has a very disturbing, raspy voice. When encountered in a campaign, my portrayal of his voice noticeably gave a certain player the jitters every time.
